Sharing some new stuff....

I have finally had a chance to actually create something NEW! I made a simple twirl tee and applique jeans for Natali and she loves them. I guess taht means I will have to offer them as a custom. :)

I tried to get some DECENT pics of Natali in the pumpkin set today, but no such luck. Oh well, they'll have to do! :)




I will probably be listing both of these sets on Ebay either today or tomorrow. Gotta get some more stuff listed while FeeBay is having NO LISTING FEES! :)

Guess what I got....

So....my mom came over yesterday and told me she had a suprise for me!!! I love HER suprises! LOL Guess what it was! A new serger! I was SOOOO excited! I didnt' have much of a chance to play around w/ it yesterday, but I woke up this morning, dying to use it! I had an outfit made before Natali even rolled out of bed! ROFL! She doesn't really like the outfit, so I may be listing it on Ebay as a OOAK, so keep your eyes peeled! :) I did manage to snap a few pictures of her in it, while I was trying it on her!





I am really motivated to get some serious sewing done now that I have a new toy! Watch out Ebay...I'm baaaaack! :)

Just sharing a few pictures of Steven and Natali that I snapped while they were goofing off today. She is always SO excited to see her Daddy when he gets home from work! :) I am so blessed to be married to such an amazing father!

It's been a few days since I last blogged. I've actually missed it. It's become rather addicting. I've sat down a few times to blog and have gotten interrupted. Natali is napping, DH is at work and it's so peaceful around here, I just had to come and blog about something...anything! LOL
Do you myspace??? It's awful, but I am really really addicted to it! I have found so many friends from high school. I can't stop searching for people. I thought that Myspace was a place for pervs, like I've seen on DATELINE, but I swear, everyone has a myspace. Hmmmm....so what else is going on? I went shopping today. I had a dentist appointment and dropped by Cheapo Depot. (Yes, that's the real name of the store! Can you say REDNECK!!!! LOL) I bought all kinds of yard decorations, for....$.25 EACH! Everything is so cheap there. I also bought a set of 4 EXTRA big wicker laundry hampers w/ lids for...$20! Such a steal! After shopping, me and Natali grabbed some mexican food! YUMMY! They have the best fajitas! :)

Baby Thoughts...

Guess what I just bought on Ebay!!! This absolutely STUNNING crib set for Ms. Emibelle! I have been completely IN LOVE with it since I stumbled upon it a few weeks ago!



Isn't it the cutest little thing??? Now I just need to convince Steven to paint her room so I can get started DECORATING! :) (Yes, he did just paint the room a few weeks ago, but we didn't know if the baby was a boy or girl, so we painted it tan until we found out! Crazy and wasteful, but Steven couldn't STAND looking at those dots! LOL) So, I'm thinking of doing the bottom halfof the wall red and the top half white, with a black and white checkered border??? How do ya think that'll look? I am just so excited, I can't wait to get started!
I must admit, I got a HECK of a deal on this crib set! It comes with 9, yes 9, peices and I got it all for...63.00! (That's including the shipping!) The set includes:

Well, for old times sake, I think I'll dig up some pictures of Natali's nursery. She was definitely my FIRST girl, if you can't tell by all the PINK! :) Her bedroom was the color of PeptoBismal! REAAAALLLY pink!



Me and my mom spent forever trying to decide what to do w/ this little dresser. Steven's dad had made it for HIM when he was born and he passed it on to Natali. Now, I just need to paint some ladybugs on it for little Emibelle!



This is my little girl, the day she came home from the hospital! Isn't it amazing how FAST they grow!!!

My crazy husband....

Ahhh....hunting season. I hate hunting season. My husband loves it. This year, a few of his uncles and cousins are heading to Colorado to do some black powder elk hunting. Of course, Steven would DIE to go, but there is just so much going on right now, with the new house and everything. And, he would have to miss 10 days of work, which, would be AWFUL for me! LOL But seriously, that is 2 weeks, with NO PAYCHECK! It would be a completely different story if I had a job outside of the home, but I don't, so that just makes it hard to up and go.

Okay, so a few days ago, Steven's dad decided that HE is going to go, not hunting, but just go along for the ride. Both of my inlaws have very very good jobs. Steven works for his dad, which would mean he would be working by himself for the 10 days. So...today, he calls me from work, and tells me that his dad REALLY REALLY REALLY wants him to go. He told Steven that he would pay for his trip out there (yes, a free trip!) AND he would pay him his regular paycheck for the 10 days! So...of course, my Father-In-Law thinks he can just up and go, now. But, I don't want to spend 10 days at home, by my pregnant self. Just me, Natali and a million boxes that STILL need unpacking! LOL

Okay, so I know I'm being unreasonable, especially considering that I went to Florida a few months ago with my family, while he stayed here and worked. I think I just don't want to go the 10 days without him here. It'd be really quiet and lonely! :( I'd definitely miss him, but I have made up my mind taht he IS going! He hasn't been on a vacation since we've been married, but anytime my parents go on vacation, I tag along, since I don't have a job to report to. So...it wouldn't be fair for me to keep him here! :( The sad news is that he will be leaving in the morning! WHAAAA!

But, hey...maybe I'll FINALLY get my sewing studio unpacked and SEW! :)

New house, new baby, new blog dedication (well, maybe...)

So......I guess you could call me a blog-slacker??? I really intended on keeping this blog up, but then....LIFE happened! So much has been going on lately! We FINALLY got all of our stuff moved into the new house, after doing TONS of remodeling! Our garage is still filled w/ boxes, but I have FOREVER to get them unpacked! (Just don't tell Steven!)

And...we found out that the new baby is going to be a....GIRL! YEAH! I am so excited! Steven REALLY wanted a boy, but hey, beggers can't be choosers, right?? LOL I am really happy but I am kicking myself for getting rid of all of Natali's baby clothes!

I listed a few of Natali's resells on Ebay this week and now, I"ve got EBAY fever! I've REALLY been itching to get in my studio and SEW, but I have barely touched my machine all summer! I am DETERMINED to create a new set within the next couple of days! So, keep your eyes peeled! :)
I will try to upload some of my ultrasound pics later. I still have to hook up the scanner and stuff, but I will leave you with some before and after pics of the new house! WHEW! I must say, I have an amazing hubby, who busted his booty to get it done! :)
